Yes. Our infrastructure is built for GDPR compliance and data is processed in the EU. Simply displaying the mandatory information behind the QR code requires no personal data from your end customers – the scan just opens the product-passport page.

As a business customer you sign the usual agreements with us (including a DPA); all details are in our legal texts.
