DSA Notice of Illegal Content
Under Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA), you have the right to notify us of content you consider illegal. We review every report and respond without delay.
What can be reported here?
- QR codes with falsified compliance information (PPWR mandatory fields deliberately incorrect)
- Scan destination pages with phishing, malware, or fraudulent content
- Trademark infringements, copyright infringements
- Content that violates applicable EU or federal law
- Content inciting hatred or that is discriminatory
How to proceed
- 1 Provide the code reference — the URL of the QR code concerned (e.g.
https://ppwr-qrcode.de/AbCdEf123). - 2 Reasoning — why do you consider the content illegal? Please be specific, with a reference to the relevant section or regulation if possible.
- 3 Declaration of good faith — confirm that your statements are true to the best of your knowledge. We respond to every report with a confirmation and status update.
- 4 Optional contact — name and email, in case you receive follow-up questions or wish to be informed of the decision. Anonymous reports are possible.
You will be taken to the contact form with the subject field "DSA Report" preselected.
Processing and legal remedies
We confirm receipt without delay (Art. 16(2) DSA) and notify you of our decision with reasons (Art. 17 DSA). You may initiate an internal complaint-handling procedure against our decision (Art. 20 DSA) or pursue out-of-court dispute settlement under Art. 21 DSA.
