How it works

From zero to compliant packaging in 6 steps

We'll show you how to go from your dashboard to a ready PPWR scan landing page — step by step, with real screenshots from the platform.

  1. 1 Step 1

Your dashboard — your control centre

After login, your personal dashboard opens. From here you reach all tools: create and manage QR codes, use the label designer and your central file library.

Below you'll find orders & billing (subscription, invoices, affiliate), the support area with your tickets, and settings for security (password, 2FA) and account (company data, billing e-mail, language).

  2. 2 Step 2

Manage your QR codes at a glance

In My QR codes you see all your codes at a glance. Sort by created date, title or status. Filter by „All", „Active", „Paid" or „Draft".

Structure your codes via categories (e.g. „Corrugated", „Food") and folders (e.g. by product line or batch). Codes without assignment appear under „Unsorted" — from there you move them into the right structure with one click.

  3. 3 Step 3

Build a QR code — four areas, one page

The QR code editor has four cooperating areas:

    1. Design studio — choose module style, colours, eye shape and an optional logo. The live preview shows the result instantly.
    2. Download area — export as PNG, SVG (vector), JPG or print-ready PDF (1200 dpi).
    3. Content section — decide what the end customer sees after the scan (see step 4).
    4. Scan statistics — documents scans, country of origin and history — GDPR-compliant, without IP storage.

  4. 4 Step 4

Three target types — your choice

Your QR code is fully customisable — adapt module style and shapes, colours, background and the eye markers (the closed corner squares) to your branding. An optional logo in the centre completes the look.

And you decide freely where your QR code leads:

① Hosted PPWR page — a landing page we host with all mandatory information (see step 5). Editable anytime without reprinting.
② File directly — declaration of conformity, technical data sheet etc. as PDF. The scan opens the file directly.
③ External redirect — your homepage or a product subpage. You keep full control over the target.

  5. 5 Step 5

Design the scan landing page — the block editor

If you chose „Hosted PPWR page", you design the landing page in the block editor — completely without coding.

Global design: adapt page background, card style, font and accent colour to your branding, optionally your own logo. Blocks via drag & drop: title, field values (article/batch number, material, size), producer details, contact, images and files — as many as you like, freely sortable. The live preview in smartphone format shows every change instantly.

With „Save", your changes go live immediately — the QR code on the packaging stays scannable, unchanged.

  6. 6 Step 6

End-customer landing page — fully customisable

This is what a typical scan landing page looks like. Mandatory information such as article/batch number, LUCID registration, material, quality, size and packaging producer is presented in a clearly structured way.

You can attach documents (declaration of conformity, technical data sheets), embed pictograms (recycling, fragile) and serve the page in 6 languages. Layout and order of blocks are fully drag-and-drop — from font, through colours, to the overall composition.

Always mobile-optimised: the scan landing page is automatically rendered in smartphone format — because around 99 % of all end customers scan the QR code with their phone. Fast loading times, large type and easy-to-tap buttons come built in.
