Note on the Right of Withdrawal
PPWR-QRCode.de is a B2B-only platform — no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Business Customers Only (B2B)
PPWR-QRCode.de is exclusively aimed at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) — natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. Contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are excluded. During registration, you actively confirm your status as an entrepreneur.
No Statutory Right of Withdrawal
The consumer protection provisions on the right of withdrawal (§§ 312g, 355 et seq. BGB) apply exclusively to consumer contracts (B2C). Since PPWR-QRCode.de exclusively enters into contracts with entrepreneurs, no statutory right of withdrawal exists. This applies to all types of contracts — subscriptions, one-time purchases, and add-on modules alike (cf. § 1 (3) of our Terms and Conditions).
Supplementary Note on Digital Content
One-time purchase products (QR code slots) constitute digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium. During checkout, you confirm pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB that immediate provision should commence. This confirmation serves the legal protection of both parties.
Contract Termination
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you may terminate your contract at any time in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. Details on contract terms and notice periods can be found in § 8b of our Terms.
