Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

Exercise

Consequences of Withdrawal

We shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if the trader has fully performed the service <strong>and</strong> has begun performing the service only after the consumer gave their express consent and at the same time acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed by the trader.
