Attach declarations of conformity, data sheets, safety data sheets, images, Office documents or ZIPs directly to the QR code landing page. End customers open the files with a single tap — securely hosted by us on a separate sandbox subdomain. One library per account; any number of codes can embed the same file. Not included in the plans, added separately.

Good to know

How upgrades, downgrades & add-ons work

Your plan grows with you — transparently and without surprises. Here is how every change works:

Upgrade — instant & pro rata

You can switch from a smaller to a larger plan at any time, for example from Starter to Pro. The upgrade takes effect immediately and starts a new 12-month term. We credit the remaining value of your previous plan pro rata, so you only pay the difference. You receive the interim invoice right away and settle it immediately.

Downgrade — at the end of the term

Switching to a smaller plan, for example from Pro back to Starter, only takes effect at the end of your current term. Until then you keep full access to your existing plan. We issue the new, lower invoice only at the start of the next term — so you never pay twice.

Add-ons — anytime

You can add extra packages such as 5 QR code snacks or 10 GB of storage at any time. The price is calculated pro rata until the end of your current subscription term, so all add-ons end on the same day as your plan. You receive a separate invoice for the pro rata amount right away and pay it immediately.

All amounts are net, plus the applicable VAT. Before you confirm, every change is shown to you once more with the exact amount due.
